The sauna, steam room, whirlpool and cascade provide you with relaxation options depending on whether you prefer wet or dry heat. Not only are they a great way to relax, but also they are ideal for slowly warming your muscles after a long workout.

Hillarium Sauna
A journey through the seven chakra colors is essentially a journey through the rainbow. Each of your seven chakras has a corresponding color that follows the colors of the rainbow: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet (or white). Beside feeling heat (85° to 95°C) and humidity (15 to 25 %), in our Hillarium sauna simulate these colors to influence your organism and support your biological functions.

Steam Bath
The steam provides the therapeutic element of your spa journey and is the perfect setting for you to unwind after a hard work out. Steam bath means more than just relaxation, though. Besides soothing tense muscles and easing stress, steam improves your complexion, cleanse your skin and relax, increases circulation and removes toxins.The temperature of steam bath is between 55° to 65°C and the humidity is between 90 to 95 %.

Immerse yourself in the whirlpool at Zendegi Complex. It offers you a great way to relax and rejuvenate. Stress dissolves as pulsing jets of warm water, melt muscle tension, soothe aching joints and minimize 'next day stiffness'
This whirlpool with 50 water jets is designed in accordance to body shape. In the other hand, its water saturated with active oxygen and ozone, so it contains the most hygienic water used in whirlpools.

Color-light Therapy Cascade
If you want to experience different feeling, the colored cold-water cascade with its 1200 nozzle, is provided for you to take the advantage of gradually decreasing the body temperature after your sauna and steam session or be in the whirlpool.
