TRX is a revolutionary method of body-weight training that uses two straps anchored to the ceiling to leverage gravity, enabling hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal. TRX training is a great way to get your heart rate up, develop your core strength and build overall power, strength, flexibility and balance.

 

TRX is for any fitness level: it uses your own body weight to provide the resistance, and a shift of body angle or stance can lessen or increase that resistance. So it is great for beginners and easy to progress as you get stronger.
